How long will the photoshoot take?
Newborn photoshoots take a minimum of 2 hours but can be longer depending on baby. We patiently work around babies mood. The longer shoots ensure that all of baby needs are met such as feeding and nappy changes without the worry of time limits.
It allows them to settle into the poses and for the photographer to go slowly and perfect each pose before photographing, meaning you are left with stunning memories of your baby’s newborn stage and happy to have these images up on your walls for decades to come.
What if my baby poos or wees on the blankets?
I expect it to happen, they are babies after all and majority of the time naked so if it didn’t happen, I would be surprised. It is just discretely cleaned up and we continue. Sometimes the blankets can be rotated or covered to hide the “mess” in the images. Everything is washed on high heat at the end of all sessions.
